Factory capability for export charcoal supply
A premium corporate export website should show process, capacity, quality control and packaging readiness clearly.

Raw Material Selection
Every batch begins with material control. We source dense hardwood and coconut shell from verified suppliers, then grade each lot by density, diameter and moisture content before it enters the kiln. Material that falls outside specification is rejected at intake — not after carbonization.

Carbonization Process
Charcoal is carbonized in traditional earthen kilns at controlled temperatures above 1,000°C. Kiln time, airflow and cooling are logged for every burn to keep fixed carbon and ash content consistent from batch to batch. No chemical additives or binders are used at any stage.

Drying & Sorting
After cooling, charcoal is dried to target moisture and graded by hand into uniform size classes. Each lot is checked for fixed carbon, moisture, ash content and calorific value. Batches that do not meet the agreed specification do not ship.

Packaging Line
Graded charcoal is weighed, sealed and palletized for export. We handle bulk packing in PP woven bags and cartons, retail-ready units, and full private label service including custom box design, logo printing and barcode labels. Every shipment leaves with complete export documentation.
